36. Slappa tha Face
Margot was extremely nervous during her audition for her part in Wolf of Wall Street. Margot and Leo were acting out the scene where the couple have a fight and she walked over to him and slapped him straight across the face. She said “I’m thinking, you just hit Leonardo DiCaprio in the face. They’re going to arrest you because that’s assault. You’re definitely never going to work again, that’s for sure. They’ll probably sue you as well in case there’s a bruise on his face and he needs to film something else.” And then all of a sudden Marty and Leo just burst out laughing. Marty says, “That was great!” Leo’s like, “Hit me again!”
She dressed up as James Franco’s character from Spring Breakers for Halloween, and there are hilarious photos to prove it. Another great option would have been Franco’s character in Pineapple Express.

Margot Robbie insisted on appearing nude in the Wolf of Wall Street scene when her character tries to seduce Jordan Belfort. In an interview she claimed “The whole point of Naomi is that her body is her only form of currency in this world. So when Marty was trying to help me out, and said in the scene where she seduces Jordan perhaps I could have a robe on, I said she wouldn’t. She has to be naked. She’s laying her cards on the table.”
Margot says she’s not much a “girly-girl” when it comes to day to day fashion. “Most of the time I end up wearing shorts and a T-shirt and a pair of Converse,” she said in an interview. “If I’m making an effort it’s on the less feminine side, more grungy and edgy.” Her favourite red carpet designers are Oscar de la Renta and Ellie Saab, but the actress like to support Australian brands for everyday wear.

So tight that Margot and Ricci have to help each other get into the costumes. Robbie commented “I don’t know how women in the 1960s did it. I don’t know how women got dressed by themselves”.
24. Nuh Uh
Margot Robbie turned down huge money to do Playboy after Hugh Hefner asked for “that one from Wolf of Wall Street.” The actress will only take all her clothes off for artistic purposes and feels no need to grace the cover of gentleman’s magazines. She has also commented that she isn’t shy about her own body image and in fact embraces how young and beautiful she is, stating; “When I’m in my 50s I’m going to be looking back saying, Whoop, whoop, look how good mum looked.” Who still says whoop whoop? Margot Robbie, that’s who. Whoop Whoop!

She also came first out of a ton of other beauties for her role in Wolf of Wall Street including Blake Lively, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Teresa Palmer and Amber Heard. For her upcoming role as Harley Quinn she didn’t have to audition, she was simply offered the role.
22. Getting Fresh With The Prince
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are one of Hollywood’s most admired and long lasting couples, with a marriage that has lasted 20 years. Margot Robbie was concerned she would never land the lead role opposite Smith in Focus as nobody would believe they were a couple. When they met she said they had “instant chemistry”. So much so that the two were splashed all over the tabloids when they were seen off set having some photos taken in a photo booth. There was no affair, but we’re sure Mrs. Smith wasn’t too happy with her husband’s “instant chemistry” with his co-star.
21. Bikini Bod
She loves beer and french fries. The actress admits to having a pretty poor diet, admitting: “I love beer, fries, burgers, but if I have to get in a bikini then I eat carrot sticks for three days. I’m one extreme or the other.” Don’t try this at home, kids.

One of the worst things you can say to a woman is that she is lying about how old she is, and that is exactly what Margot Robbie has been accused of doing on more than one occasion. As of 2017, Margot is twenty-seven years old, but some people have been suspicious about that number because of a 2008 interview which stated that she was twenty-three at the time. If the interview was right, then she would be 31 now, but that claim has been considered to be a journalistic error.
18. Cirque Du Hollywood
When Margot was eight years old, she went to a circus school to attend a trapeze program. She may have been young, but Margot was still able to earn her “trapeze certificate”, and it looks like she’s putting those skills to good use in Suicide Squad.
The Aussie born actress attended a housewarming party for her friend and fellow actress Suki Waterhouse. This party was allegedly attended by many celebrities, including Prince Harry himself. Margot Robbie met Prince Harry and followed him into a photo booth with a few other people, except she believed that she was going into the booth with musician Ed Sheeran. While on The Tonight Show, she admitted to making this mistake, and it was quite the blunder, as British tabloids ignited rumors suggesting that the two were romantically involved once the photos from the booth were released.
16. Movie Star
Before appearing in The Wolf of Wall Street, Margot Robbie starred in some lesser known “B-movies” that were heavily criticized. The first of these movies was a 2008 film called Vigilante, where she plays the fiancée of the man who becomes a vigilante after she is brutally assaulted and murdered. This movie turned out to be a huge flop, and still possesses an IMDb rating of under 3.5. Everyone has to start somewhere.
People may not know that Margot did not like the Harley Quinn character, in fact she hated her. When she first read the script for the movie, she saw that Harley was the Joker’s girlfriend, as well as a psychopath, a character profile that she was not too thrilled with, as she was quoted in an interview saying: “I thought, I have nothing in common with her. I hate her. It was a really tricky one to get my head around.” It would appear though, that Harley Quinn did manage to grow on her, as she went through with portraying the character, much to the satisfaction of DC fans. Harley Quinn grows on everyone, eventually.
14. Origins Part III
Her first Hollywood film ever was About Time, which also starred Rachel McAdams and Domhnall Gleeson. Not a bad way to kick off your acting career. The title of that film is how we all felt about Margot making the move to hollywood and getting some recognition.

11. Lookalike Part II
She’s competed against Emma Stone for many different roles, including The Legend of Tarzan and Birdman. So far they’re 1-1, this calls for a tie breaker!
10. Home Is Where The Accent Is
She’s usually very good at covering up her Australian accent, but she has said that the one word she always has a hard time saying correctly is “home.” Good to know that even the pros can’t do everything right.
9. Smarty Pants
She doesn’t like that some people label her as a “bombshell” because she doesn’t want to be reduced to the cliche that comes along with that title.
She has said that the ’60s are her favorite decade. She loves everything about it, including the women’s movement, the fashion, and even the hair. Must have made getting the role on Pan-Am all the more exciting for her.
When it comes to red carpet events, she loves the getting ready part way more than the actual event. It’s when she steps out all “done up” that people recognize her and stop her in the streets.
When Robbie moved to America, she left her family behind and broke up with her then boyfriend. Although that must have been a very tough blow, Margot seems to be doing just fine.
5. Deep Breath
Robbie had to learn how to hold her breath for up to five minutes for Suicide Squad. We didn’t know that was even possible, or safe.
Robbie’s favorite movie of all-time is True Romance. Maybe she’ll get to star in a remake some day, with all the remakes that are constantly popping up. But don’t hold your breath Margot, even though we know you can.
Margot had David Ayer, the director of Suicide Squad shave off part of her right eyebrow on the first day of filming to help her get into character. That’s sure to raise an eyebrow or two.
2. There’s A Chance
Margot says she struggles to have a relationship. “I’m always single. I’m never in one place long enough to get a boyfriend,” she revealed in a recent interview. When asked about her dream man, however, Margot didn’t hesitate to describe what she was looking for: “Rugged. I like ponytails, beards, maybe a tattoo,” she said. You hear that, hipsters? Margot Robbie is coming for you!
